We're not a restaurant. Every meal is macro-calculated by a qualified nutritionist and prepared fresh each morning. You plan ahead, we cook, and your food arrives at your door on a schedule that works for you — no impulse orders, no hidden ingredients.

We currently serve Lahore only. We are working on expanding to other cities. If you want to be notified when we reach your area, message us on WhatsApp.

No. At SavorLean, "subscription" means a meal-plan package — a single one-time payment that covers a fixed number of days and meals. There is no recurring billing, no auto-renewal, and no hidden charges. You pay once, we deliver.

Yes. You can add individual meals to your cart and check out without selecting a plan. Meal plans are simply a cost-effective bundle if you want meals delivered over multiple days.

Absolutely. Our Custom Plan builder lets you hand-pick your meals for each slot across 1 to 4 weeks. The price adjusts automatically based on how many meals per day you choose — more meals per day means a lower per-meal cost.

Orders can be modified before our morning preparation cut-off. Contact us on WhatsApp as early as possible. Once meals are in preparation, changes may not be possible for that day.

We deliver across most of Lahore. During checkout you will see a list of supported delivery areas. If your area is not listed, message us on WhatsApp and we will do our best to accommodate you.

We deliver once per day in the morning. You choose your preferred delivery time slot at checkout. Meals are prepared fresh the same morning and dispatched within your selected window.

Contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. We will do our best to arrange a re-delivery or alternative arrangement, though same-day re-delivery cannot always be guaranteed.

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer. We do not accept card payments or online gateways at this time. All prices are in PKR.

After placing your order, you will see our Meezan Bank account details on the confirmation screen and at checkout. Transfer the order total and send us your transaction receipt on WhatsApp. We confirm your order once payment is verified — typically within a few hours.

Yes. All ingredients are 100% halal-certified. We source exclusively from trusted halal-certified suppliers and maintain strict halal standards throughout our kitchen.

Meals are prepared fresh each morning and are best consumed the same day. If refrigerated immediately upon delivery, most meals remain safe to eat for up to 24 hours. We do not recommend freezing.

We offer several vegetarian options — look for the "Vegetarian" tag on the menu page. For severe allergies (nuts, dairy, gluten, etc.), please contact us on WhatsApp before ordering so we can advise on suitable meals and preparation precautions.
